FAQ’s for Picnics

Can I bring my own food?

YES! Bring any food / drink you may like. Picnic does come with a charcuterie box along with a ice bucket & sparkling water. The city of Henderson / Las Vegas has strict regulations on the consumption of alcohol in public places. SilasPicnicParadise LLC is not liable so please drink at your own risk.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better but at least 1 week in advance as spots do go fast. Message with any questions

Is there a theme of choice?

YES! It’s theme of choice so whatever you want we can create your vision. Select your color scheme / theme & we’ll take it from there.


How long are picnics ?

Picnics for 2 are 2 hours long & group picnics are 3 hours long. Additional time can be added for $30 an hour.

What happens if I’m running late?

There is a 10 min grace period so if you are running late please notify us so that we are aware of your arrival. If more then 30 minutes late without notice picnic will be cleaned up & reschedule. Please communicate if there are any issues.

What’s the cancellation / reschedule policy?

I understand that any cancellations will result in a partial refund of 80%. SilasPicnicParadise is not responsible for funding the full amount. Cancellations and reschedules must be notified 1 week prior to booking for 80% refund or credit towards a future booking. We understand life happens so please message with any questions to reschedule.

Weather policy

If there is a weather issue ( wind / rain / excessive heat ) on the day of your picnic, picnic will be reschedule indoors or reschedule to a future date 2 months in advance.

What happens on the day of the picnic?

On the day of your picnic we will send you a pin location to the contact number you provided and greet you with what’s provided with your picnic. After your time is up please stay until one member of SilasPicnicParadise comes back for clean up & relieves you so that equipment is not absence / stolen.

FAQ’s for Room Setups

How do you access our room to decorate?

After booking you will receive a email with the name provided for the room. When checking in at front desk add that name to your room as an extra guest for easy room access. If you can’t add the name to the room for any reason we can meet you in person at your desired location for a room key & go over details of setting up.

Can rooms be decorated before check-in?

Unfortunately no. Early check-in isn’t until 1pm depending on what’s available & regular check-in is at 3pm. If you plan on checking in later after 3pm & have plans to hit the strip for Vegas activities / dinner then a member from SilasPicnicParadise can check-in & set your room up before you guys head back.

Any cancellations/refund ?

We understand life happens so please notify with any changes to reschedule to a future date.

Refunds will not be given for completed room setups. If you are unhappy with your setup please reach out via email with any questions or concerns.

Can you present gifts?

YES! Any gifts / bottles of alcohol or champagne that you have & want left out with the room decor please notify us before setting up. Food & alcohol is not provided for you due to permits & regulations.

What about belongings in the room?

SilasPicnicParadise is very trustworthy & will respect your stuff in the room. If you feel the need to lock up any valuables most hotel rooms come with a safe. Anyone entering the room will only be 1 or 2 members of the team to decorate & will contact you when room is done & when we leave. Room keys are then left in your room unless returning the following day for cleanup.

Is there any last minute bookings ?

Yes if there is availability but will also be a $100 fee as it will go towards last minute supplies / time into your setups. Please book 1 or 2 weeks in advance for any bookings.

Is clean-up provided ?

Clean up is not provided with your hotel package unless added on to your room package for next day clean up or before you check out. If refused clean up then it is your responsibility. SilasPicnicParadise is not liable for extra room charges to your hotel room if decorations are not cleaned up. A bag will be provided for you for clean up as well.

How long is setup ?

Setup takes about 2 hours so it’s best to setup while you are out for dinner / activities so please stay busy until txt is sent but will keep you updated.
